Annual First Aid Refresher
Duration - 3 hours (max 12 delegates)
Confidence fades—but it doesn’t have to.
When people leave our courses, they’re ready to take action in an emergency. But over time, it’s natural for those skills to fade. That’s why the HSE strongly recommends a refresher at 12 and 24 months.
This short, workshop-style course is packed with practical, confidence-building activities to help you brush up on your skills and stay ready to respond—whether at work, on stage, or in everyday life.
